Please remember: not everyone has a stove, a can opener, an oven, a refrigerator, a toaster, etc. Please do not donate any canned items unless it has a pop top for accessibility!

 
  • LEAFY GREENS

    (kale, collards, spinach, mixed lettuces, cabbage, bok choy)

  • VEGGIES/ROOTS

    (carrots, broccoli, squash, peppers, onions, radish, potatoes, cabbage)

  • FRUITS

    (apples, oranges, bananas, berries, limes/lemons, melon)

  • FROZEN FOODS

    (fruits, veggies, pizza)

  • BEVERAGES

    (water, juice, kombucha, these should be resealable, please never leave soda in the fridges)

  • MILK/DAIRY ALTERNATIVES

    (oat, almond, coconut)

  • YOGURT/ALTERNATIVES

    (dairy, almond, soy-based yogurts, preferably drinkable)

  • EGGS

    (fresh or boiled)

  • BREAD

    (sliced bread, bagels, pita)

  • SPREADS/DIPS

    (butter, margarine, hummus, pesto, cheese, salsa)

  • INDIVIDUALLY WRAPPED

    (granola/protein/meal bars, oatmeal, cheese sticks)
